Born in Guangzhou, China, and now based in the United States, Christy Hui is the creator and executive producer of the American children’s animated television series Xiaolin Showdown and Xiaolin Chronicles. Xiaolin Showdown was a global ratings success, and garnered many accolades, including an Emmy award for sound editing – live action and animation in 2005. Hui also created “Hulala Girls – Princesses with Power,” an original entertainment brand that empowers young girls to protect Planet Earth through magical adventures, fun, and games.
